研究工作简介:
1. 研发了核电关键镍基焊接材料ENiCrFe-7药皮配方,并在电力修造厂有限公司产业化;研发了LNG船及储罐建造关键镍基焊接材料ENiCrFe-9及ENiCrMo-6药皮配方,技术达到了产业化要求。
2. 发明了强韧型多孔钛、多孔镁、多孔PEEK制造技术,并应用于制备关节组件、脊柱融合组件、骨修复材料的整体或表面多孔结构,实现优异骨传导、骨整合特性同时,保证了多孔材料的强韧性,避免了传统多孔制备技术或3D打印方法制备多孔钛的脆性。
3. 针对骨科植入钛材料表面,研发的表面生物活性技术可以显著改善钛合金的生物相容性,制备的表面TiO2纳米管,可以在50nm-260nm范围准确调控,技术适用于植入材料的表面载药及药物控释;研发的钛表面强化技术可以改善脊柱侧弯自动生长阀的耐磨性。
4. 利用非晶形成原理,发明了多尺度高强韧钛基合金;在非晶及纳米晶材料韧化领域进行了系统研究;利用非晶及高商合金原理,正在研发超低温材料。
